Legal age and identification
Entry to Voltage Lounge is restricted to guests and visitors aged eighteen or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is checked at the door. Staff may refuse entry if ID appears invalid, expired, or inconsistent with venue policy. Minors are not permitted on the gaming floor at any time.
Optional entertainment
Table games are one among many evening options at Vantor House — jazz in the atrium, gallery viewings, rooftop cocktails, and quiet time in your suite are equally part of the experience. Room rates do not include gaming activity, and no package requires lounge access.
Setting personal limits
Before sitting at a table, decide how much time and money you are willing to spend — and treat those figures as fixed ceilings, not targets. Consider these practical steps:
- Bring only the cash or chips you intend to use; leave cards in your suite if that helps
- Set a phone alarm for break intervals — step away for air, water, or a meal
- Avoid chasing losses; tomorrow is another evening
- Do not gamble when tired, impaired, or under emotional stress
- Treat wins as occasional outcomes, not income
Floor staff can explain house rules and direct you to on-property information about time-away options. Ask at the host desk if you need assistance leaving the floor promptly.
Self-exclusion
Guests who wish to exclude themselves from Voltage Lounge during their stay may notify the concierge or lounge host. We maintain an internal request list for the duration of your registered visit. For longer exclusion periods, contact our team in writing via Email the concierge.
